What are the benefits of cold therapy?
Cold therapy has its own unique benefits that run parallel to benefits gained by moving quickly from hot rooms. For example, you’ll be aware that custom cold therapy rooms are increasingly used by athletes for recovery purposes. The exposure to cold helps reduce inflammation, improve metabolism and put you in a generally better overall mood.

Are cold therapy rooms suitable for home use?
In most instances we would say that a bespoke cold therapy room that drops to freezing or below would not be suitable for home installation. The reason for this is that it needs to be operated daily and the room itself is part of the installation.
There will also be generators and additional safety equipment that means you will need a decent amount of space just for a single room. There are also minimum size requirements on most rooms.
