The data we collect from our contact forms is stored in the website for a period of 6 months, after which it gets deleted. This data is also stored securely on the Hostinger data servers and on our workplace computers.

Leisurequip does not store or retain any information relating to your payment details. We will know you have paid and that the payment was successful, but that’s it. Payments are processed by a third party provider such as Stripe or WorldPay and you will need to contact them if you want that data deleted.
Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website.
Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
Posts and pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
We use a range of website analytics to monitor the visitor behaviours on this website. This includes Clicky Analytics and Google Analytics. All visitor information is collected anonymously and only used to improve the content of the website. For Google Analytics please refer to their policy of data retention and usage.
We do not expressly share your data with anyone else. Any personal data you provide is solely used by Leisurequip Ltd. in the administration of our business and your interaction with us. We do however use a range of third party IT services that may require your data to function. This can be email marketing and customer management. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have completed a contact form, made a comment, made an e-commerce purchase or emailed us you can make a request to delete the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have willingly provided to us. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We do our utmost to ensure your data is protected. Our website has a number of security precautions in place and is fully managed and monitored by a dedicated website company. Web hosting is provided by Hostinger who have additional security precautions in place. Any data stored on computer is in premises secured by a modern alarm system.
