Is mineral mud therapy good for you?
Mud baths and mud massage treatments have been used for thousands of years. Typical benefits of mineral mud therapy include skin purification, muscle relaxation, relief from arthritic conditions, clearer skin and so on. It’s important to note that none of this can be achieved without use of the correct type of mineral based mud.
Can I have a mineral therapy room installed at home?
Typically we only install mineral rooms in commercial settings such as wellness retreats, spas and hotels. We do however design many bespoke wellness rooms, including mineral rooms for domestic clients. Examples of this would be a complete Hammam spa along with a Rasul mud chamber.
