UK delivery

We offer free delivery in the UK on a range of products over £100.

Exceptions might be:

  • Heavy low-cost items like sauna stones.
  • Large, double or oversized pallets.
  • Items shipped direct from the manufacturer.

EU delivery

Available on request via DACHSER. Free delivery on orders exceeding certain amounts.

International delivery

With limited exceptions, we do not ship to countries outside of the European Union.

How long until my order is delivered?

It’s important to understand that many of the high quality wellness products we sell are specialist products not available in either the UK or many European countries.

As a result lead times vary from brand to brand. Products in each brand can also have varying lead times. Rest assured our lead times are the same or faster than our competitors.

Products such as accessories, sauna heaters, steam generators etc.. are generally in stock and can be delivered within a few days to a week. This also covers massage tables and accessories.

As a general rule the more expensive the product is the longer the lead time. This will be because in many instances your purchase will be manufactured to order.

Lead times for expensive products can be up to 30 days. Some spa tables and sauna kits may also have lead times of 30 days, but usually arrive much sooner.

Description

If you’ve installed your commercial sauna heater some distance from the control panel you’re going to need to relay the signal. You can achieve this with the Helo WE14 Relay Box. Designed to be used in conjunction with the Helo T2 control panel, the WE14 can control a range of commercial sauna heaters from Helo.

These sauna heaters include the Helo SKLE, Laava, SKLA, Magma, Octa and Saga Electro. This control panel is designed to be installed in a dry area outside of the sauna.
