UK delivery

We offer free delivery in the UK on a range of products over £100.

Exceptions might be:

  • Heavy low-cost items like sauna stones.
  • Large, double or oversized pallets.
  • Items shipped direct from the manufacturer.

EU delivery

Available on request via DACHSER. Free delivery on orders exceeding certain amounts.

International delivery

With limited exceptions, we do not ship to countries outside of the European Union.

How long until my order is delivered?

It’s important to understand that many of the high quality wellness products we sell are specialist products not available in either the UK or many European countries.

As a result lead times vary from brand to brand. Products in each brand can also have varying lead times. Rest assured our lead times are the same or faster than our competitors.

Products such as accessories, sauna heaters, steam generators etc.. are generally in stock and can be delivered within a few days to a week. This also covers massage tables and accessories.

As a general rule the more expensive the product is the longer the lead time. This will be because in many instances your purchase will be manufactured to order.

Lead times for expensive products can be up to 30 days. Some spa tables and sauna kits may also have lead times of 30 days, but usually arrive much sooner.

Description

The wall-mounted relay box Helo WE40 has been developed to operate with a range of sauna control panels. Used mainly for home saunas, this advanced relay box can operate sauna heaters up to 15 kW.

Although, the manual states it is for use with the Helo Premium and Helo Trend control panels it can also be used with the Tylo Pure or Tylo Elite Cloud. This device will bounce a wireless signal on from your sauna heater.
