UK delivery

We offer free delivery in the UK on a range of products over £100.

Exceptions might be:

  • Heavy low-cost items like sauna stones.
  • Large, double or oversized pallets.
  • Items shipped direct from the manufacturer.

EU delivery

Available on request via DACHSER. Free delivery on orders exceeding certain amounts.

International delivery

With limited exceptions, we do not ship to countries outside of the European Union.

How long until my order is delivered?

It’s important to understand that many of the high quality wellness products we sell are specialist products not available in either the UK or many European countries.

As a result lead times vary from brand to brand. Products in each brand can also have varying lead times. Rest assured our lead times are the same or faster than our competitors.

Products such as accessories, sauna heaters, steam generators etc.. are generally in stock and can be delivered within a few days to a week. This also covers massage tables and accessories.

As a general rule the more expensive the product is the longer the lead time. This will be because in many instances your purchase will be manufactured to order.

Lead times for expensive products can be up to 30 days. Some spa tables and sauna kits may also have lead times of 30 days, but usually arrive much sooner.

Because of its size it’s perfect for home use or smaller, lite commercial spa settings. Irrespective of its size, this advanced hydrotherapy tub packs a real watery punch. The NeoQi Elebath home hydrotherapy bath comes loaded with water jets.

There are 6 on the side, 6 at the back and another 12 on the bottom of the tub. You also get a hand shower and chromotherapy lighting. Typical ailments that can benefit from this tub include fatigue, muscle pain, cardiovascular diseases, stress and arthritis. The bath can delivered anywhere in the UK plus we offer installation.
