Getting your sauna heater installed

Home sauna heaters

Most home sauna heaters aren’t plug-and-play. They must be hardwired by a qualified electrician on a dedicated circuit like a shower or oven.

What to tell your electrician:

“I’m installing a [X kW] sauna heater. It needs connecting to a dedicated circuit, local isolator, RCD/MCB protection, and testing/certification.”

Commercial sauna heaters

Larger commercial heaters often require a 3-phase supply. Contact us and we’ll provide the exact technical specifications for your electrician.

UK delivery

We offer free delivery in the UK on a range of products over £100.

Exceptions might be:

  • Heavy low-cost items like sauna stones.
  • Large, double or oversized pallets.
  • Items shipped direct from the manufacturer.

EU delivery

Available on request via DACHSER. Free delivery on orders exceeding certain amounts.

International delivery

With limited exceptions, we do not ship to countries outside of the European Union.

How long until my order is delivered?

It’s important to understand that many of the high quality wellness products we sell are specialist products not available in either the UK or many European countries.

As a result lead times vary from brand to brand. Products in each brand can also have varying lead times. Rest assured our lead times are the same or faster than our competitors.

Products such as accessories, sauna heaters, steam generators etc.. are generally in stock and can be delivered within a few days to a week. This also covers massage tables and accessories.

As a general rule the more expensive the product is the longer the lead time. This will be because in many instances your purchase will be manufactured to order.

Lead times for expensive products can be up to 30 days. Some spa tables and sauna kits may also have lead times of 30 days, but usually arrive much sooner.

Description

Tall, luminous and striking, the Helo Rocher is a master class in electric sauna heater design. The shimmering ‘grille style’ cylinder will radiate even warmth and steam throughout your home or commercial sauna.

Floor standing, the Rocher can be placed anywhere in your sauna room, but it looks even better when countersunk into the floor. Controlling the heater is achieved via an external control panel such as the Tylo Elite Cloud.

Most notably, the full-length heating elements deliver an even and relaxing heat throughout the room. Visually, the stunning brushed steel brazier design will be the centrepiece of any domestic sauna.

Additional options include under lighting for the collar when this electric sauna heater is sunk into the wood.

  • D: Requires external control panel and relay box
  • STJ: Built-in timer and thermostatic control

Note: If you opt for an external control panel you will need the Tylo Elite or Tylo Pure plus Helo WE 40 relay box to operate this heater.
