UK delivery

We offer free delivery in the UK on a range of products over £100. Exceptions to this rule are heavy items such as sauna stones. Due to the large size of many of our products they will need to be delivered on a pallet, sometimes two.

Many larger wellness products such as commercial spas or hydrotherapy baths are shipped straight from the factory. As a result we charge a nominal shipping fee on larger items to cover our costs.

EU delivery

We also offer delivery options for all countries inside the EU. We generally use DACHSER as our EU courier but we reserve the right to change this at any time. There are also a range of free delivery options for orders exceeding certain amounts.

International delivery

Whilst we have not implemented a facility for international delivery at the checkout we do ship beyond the European Union. You will need to contact us and we can agree shipping costs and delivery dates over the phone.

Do you also require installation?

Many items in our shop require specialist installation. Thankfully, with Leisurequip we don’t just stop at selling you the perfect wellness products—we install them too.

We can come to your home or commercial premises and install any of the wellness products and equipment we sell. Our team have decades of experience installing every type of leisure and wellness equipment you can imagine.

From pre-fabricated saunas to bespoke built steam rooms and complete wellness spas—we’ve done it all! Just let us know you also need your product installed and we’ll provide you with a quote and timescales.

How long until my order is delivered?

It’s important to understand that many of the high quality wellness products we sell are specialist products not available in either the UK or many European countries.

As a result lead times vary from brand to brand. Products in each brand can also have varying lead times. Rest assured our lead times are the same or faster than our competitors.

Products such as accessories, sauna heaters, steam generators etc.. are generally in stock and can be delivered within a few days to a week. This also covers massage tables and accessories.

As a general rule the more expensive the product is the longer the lead time. This will be because in many instances your purchase will be manufactured to order.

Lead times for expensive products can be up to 30 days. Some spa tables and sauna kits may also have lead times of 30 days, but usually arrive much sooner.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding lead times please contact us and we’ll gladly assist in any way we can.

Customising your product further

You’ll be pleased to learn that many of our wellness products can be further customised to ensure a perfect fit.

Typically this can be accessories such as sauna interiors, glass sections and so on. Notably, we can even make bespoke adjustments to pre-fabricated sauna and steam room kits.

Leisurequip will consult with you over the wellness products you’re interested in. Our experts will then provide you with a quote and timescales for the adjustments.
