Getting your sauna heater installed

Home sauna heaters

Most home sauna heaters aren’t plug-and-play. They must be hardwired by a qualified electrician on a dedicated circuit like a shower or oven.

What to tell your electrician:

“I’m installing a [X kW] sauna heater. It needs connecting to a dedicated circuit, local isolator, RCD/MCB protection, and testing/certification.”

Commercial sauna heaters

Larger commercial heaters often require a 3-phase supply. Contact us and we’ll provide the exact technical specifications for your electrician.

UK delivery

We offer free delivery in the UK on a range of products over £100.

Exceptions might be:

  • Heavy low-cost items like sauna stones.
  • Large, double or oversized pallets.
  • Items shipped direct from the manufacturer.

EU delivery

Available on request via DACHSER. Free delivery on orders exceeding certain amounts.

International delivery

With limited exceptions, we do not ship to countries outside of the European Union.

How long until my order is delivered?

It’s important to understand that many of the high quality wellness products we sell are specialist products not available in either the UK or many European countries.

As a result lead times vary from brand to brand. Products in each brand can also have varying lead times. Rest assured our lead times are the same or faster than our competitors.

Products such as accessories, sauna heaters, steam generators etc.. are generally in stock and can be delivered within a few days to a week. This also covers massage tables and accessories.

As a general rule the more expensive the product is the longer the lead time. This will be because in many instances your purchase will be manufactured to order.

Lead times for expensive products can be up to 30 days. Some spa tables and sauna kits may also have lead times of 30 days, but usually arrive much sooner.

Description

Created with the family home sauna in mind, the Helo Pikkutonttu designer sauna stove can deliver a luxurious soft sauna and steam experience with ease. Helo commissioned globally renowned Finnish designer Ristomatti Ratia to design a series of sauna heaters.

One result was the Pikkutonttu, which is the most family friendly. Most notably, this super-insulated sauna stove has a very low surface temperature. As a result, it is the perfect heater for family sauna rooms.

Available only in black, the Helo Pikkutonttu can be controlled by a range of control panels.  What’s more, this designer sauna stove heats up as quickly as a traditional sauna heater and offers a large heat storage capacity.
