UK delivery

We offer free delivery in the UK on a range of products over £100.

Exceptions might be:

Heavy low-cost items like sauna stones.
Large, double or oversized pallets.
Items shipped direct from the manufacturer.

EU delivery

Available on request via DACHSER. Free delivery on orders exceeding certain amounts.

International delivery

With limited exceptions, we do not ship to countries outside of the European Union.

Lead times

How long until my order is delivered?

It’s important to understand that many of the high quality wellness products we sell are specialist products not available in either the UK or many European countries.

As a result lead times vary from brand to brand. Products in each brand can also have varying lead times. Rest assured our lead times are the same or faster than our competitors.

Products such as accessories, sauna heaters, steam generators etc.. are generally in stock and can be delivered within a few days to a week. This also covers massage tables and accessories.

As a general rule the more expensive the product is the longer the lead time. This will be because in many instances your purchase will be manufactured to order.

Lead times for expensive products can be up to 30 days. Some spa tables and sauna kits may also have lead times of 30 days, but usually arrive much sooner.

With a 3 pump water-massage system, 14 back massage jets and 16 bottom situated air-jets it’s easy to see why the NeoQi Niagara is such a popular commercial hydrotherapy bath spa. There’s also a hand held shower and massage jet.

As a result, it can deliver complex wellness treatments such as physiotherapy. Most notably, the Niagara boasts the Ozonator cleaning system which is a powerful antioxidant.

Both air-bubble and hydromassage treatments are automatic functions and delivered with ease. A range of chromotherapy and balneotherapy spa treatments take a little longer to set up and enjoy.
