UK delivery

We offer free delivery in the UK on a range of products over £100.

Exceptions might be:

  • Heavy low-cost items like sauna stones.
  • Large, double or oversized pallets.
  • Items shipped direct from the manufacturer.

EU delivery

Available on request via DACHSER. Free delivery on orders exceeding certain amounts.

International delivery

With limited exceptions, we do not ship to countries outside of the European Union.

How long until my order is delivered?

It’s important to understand that many of the high quality wellness products we sell are specialist products not available in either the UK or many European countries.

As a result lead times vary from brand to brand. Products in each brand can also have varying lead times. Rest assured our lead times are the same or faster than our competitors.

Products such as accessories, sauna heaters, steam generators etc.. are generally in stock and can be delivered within a few days to a week. This also covers massage tables and accessories.

As a general rule the more expensive the product is the longer the lead time. This will be because in many instances your purchase will be manufactured to order.

Lead times for expensive products can be up to 30 days. Some spa tables and sauna kits may also have lead times of 30 days, but usually arrive much sooner.

The best wood burning sauna heater doesn’t get much better than the stunning Kastor Saga. Able to accommodate up to a whopping 180kg of sauna stones; the Saga will deliver the softest, most ambient sauna experience imaginable.

The steel armed and flame windowed design will be the perfect centrepiece to any sauna. Designed to function at its best for decades, the Kastor Saga will entertain and engage everyone who uses it.

Note: Models with a tunnel provide you with the ability to heat an adjacent room outside of the sauna.

With 2 available sizes, this stunning wood burning sauna heater is perfect for both commercial and home saunas. You also have the option of a black or chrome front frame. The maximum exposure of the stones means you’ll enjoy quick and highly efficient sauna heating. Models include Saga 22 and Saga 30.

Note: Do not place above flammable material without a protective base.

Chimney basket

The Saga heater’s chimney basket can hold 40 kg of stones. Measurements: 330 x 600 x 330 mm.
